The nine days.
The delegation arrives in Accra on 19 October and travels to Cape Coast on the 20th by way of three site visits. The conference runs three days at the Ridge Royal Hotel, after which the Investment Curated Programme takes registered delegates to Accra and the Savannah Region.

Arrival & Orientation
Delegates arrive in Accra on 19 October. Media engagements take place at the airport with all conference partners before transfers, with hotel check-in coordinated by the iNTTA logistics team. Welcome packets, delegate credentials and programme materials are distributed on arrival. A welcome reception and business networking mixer runs 17:00–19:00, followed by an informal networking dinner for early arrivals.
Tuesday 20 Oct · Accra → Cape Coast
The transfer day is a working day.
Delegates travel in two groups of thirty to the Gomoa Economic Free Zone, then on to a guided tour of Elmina Castle, lunch at Lemon Beach Resort or Coconut Grove Hotel, and check-in at the Ridge Royal Hotel, Cape Coast.
Conference Programme
Three days at the Ridge Royal Hotel. Daily pattern: registration and coffee 08:00–08:30, programme 08:30–16:30, lunch served between 12:00 and 15:00.
Each thematic panel is followed by an investment pitch block. Presentations are limited to five minutes per company with a five-minute question period; presenters are pre-screened and capital-ready.

Investment Curated Programme
For registered delegates and dignitaries only. The programme provides qualified delegates with direct, on-the-ground access to Ghana's most significant investment sites across the Accra metropolitan area and the Savannah Region, designed to move beyond presentations and enable delegates to conduct due diligence, meet project principals and initiate deal flow in real time. Daily pattern: departure 09:00, programme 09:00–17:00.
Advance registration required. Priority access for confirmed investors, business principals and government dignitaries; site visit capacity is limited. Registration closes 5 October 2026 for international participants; there is no deadline for local participants.

Guided tour of licensed medicinal cannabis facilities, licensing pipeline opportunities and regulatory compliance.
Licensing pipeline opportunities and technical assistance
On-site technical support team assists with licensing enquiries and regulatory navigation.
Day 4 debrief and networking
Investment coordinators facilitate introductions between investors and project principals.
Departure · 26–27 October 2026
Delegates depart Ghana. The iNTTA logistics team coordinates airport transfers from Accra. Post-conference investment follow-up communications are distributed within one week of the programme's conclusion.
