SECK has contributed to building Africa’s DSP infrastructure and designing/managing several PSD programmes, financing vehicles/institutions and Resource mobilization strategy for EU, OACPS, African Union, AfDB and African Continent: Investment Bank, Investment Fund, Endowment Fund, Trust Fund, Islamic Bank, Commercial Bank, Guarantee Fund, SMEs Fund, Youth/Women Fund.

Former Deal Flow & Business Development Officer for Africa for the Forbes & Manhattan Fund for the Oil, Gas, Mining and Infrastructure sectors. Mr. SECK has also managed local content development programs for the Oil & Gas (Nigeria, Angola, Uganda), Gold (Ghana), Platinum (South Africa), Copper (Zambia) sectors.
